This Agreement supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings between you and pk88 with respect to the subject matter hereof. Your continued use of the Services following any amendments to this Agreement constitutes your acceptance of such amendments.
Access to and use of the pk88 platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Services:
pk88 reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension, withholding of pending withdrawals, and eventual account closure. Any winnings accrued during a period where a Player has misrepresented their age or eligibility may be forfeited.
To access the full Services, you must register a player account with pk88. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and any other information requested for identity verification purposes. You agree to promptly update your account information to maintain its accuracy.
Each natural person may hold only one (1) active pk88 account. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same name, different names, shared payment methods, or shared IP addresses — constitutes a serious breach of this Agreement and will result in the immediate suspension or closure of all associated accounts. Any balances, bonuses, or pending winnings held across duplicate accounts may be permanently forfeited.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. pk88 is not liable for any losses arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify pk88 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
pk88 may require players to complete identity and payment method verification (Know Your Customer, or "KYC") before processing withdrawals or granting access to certain account features. This may include submission of government-issued identification, proof of address, and evidence of payment method ownership. pk88 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending completion of KYC verification.
pk88 accepts deposits via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, InstaPay, PesoNet, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for e-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya, GrabPay) and ₱500 for bank transfers. Maximum transaction limits may apply and will be displayed in the cashier at the time of the transaction. pk88 reserves the right to impose additional limits on individual accounts based on risk assessment, regulatory requirements, or account verification status.

pk88 complies with all applicable anti-money laundering (AML) laws and regulations of the Republic of the Philippines. pk88 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any transaction, to request documentation explaining the source of funds deposited, and to report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities. Players are not permitted to use pk88 for any purpose other than genuine recreational gaming activity.
pk88 offers various promotions including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and refer-a-friend bonuses. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be published alongside each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms & Conditions and promotion-specific terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail in relation to that promotion.
Bonus funds credited to your pk88 account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount you must wager using eligible games before bonus funds and associated winnings convert to withdrawable real-money funds. Wagering requirements, eligible games, contribution percentages, and expiry periods will be stated in the terms of each individual promotion.
pk88 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus funds and associated winnings where it determines in its reasonable discretion that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once; using strategies designed to exploit bonus structures without genuine gaming intent; colluding with other players; or any other conduct that pk88 deems contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements will expire within the period specified in each promotion's terms. Expired bonus funds and incomplete wagering requirements will be removed from your account without notice. pk88 is not obligated to issue reminders regarding approaching bonus expiry.
All games available on the pk88 platform are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital games, and physical randomness instruments (cards, dice, wheels) for live dealer games, both verified by independent testing laboratories. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages accurately reflect the configured payout rates for each game as certified at time of audit.

In the event of a technical malfunction, network interruption, or other error during a game round, pk88 will attempt to restore the game to its last known stable state. Where restoration is not possible, affected bets may be refunded to the Player's account balance at pk88's discretion. pk88's determination of game outcomes following a malfunction is final.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pk88 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, closure, and forfeiture of balances at pk88's sole discretion:
All content on the pk88 platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, user interface elements, logos, trademarks, text, and databases — is the proprietary property of pk88 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Services for personal recreational purposes only. This licence does not extend to any commercial use, reproduction, modification, distribution, or public display of any content from the platform.
pk88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at pk88.lat/privacy-policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions and forms part of this Agreement.
pk88 complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and all related implementing regulations. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities, payment processors, identity verification providers, and other third parties as described in the Privacy Policy or as required by Applicable Law.

pk88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
Upon closure of an account for reasons other than Player breach, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Player's last used payment method. Where account closure is due to Player breach, pk88 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance in full.
You may voluntarily close your pk88 account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Upon voluntary closure, verified real-money balances above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to your last used payment method within a reasonable period.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement — including any question regarding its existence, validity, or termination — shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to contact pk88 in good faith to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. pk88 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints submitted to [email protected] within five (5) business days. If the dispute is not resolved within thirty (30) days of your initial complaint, either party may pursue formal resolution through the courts.
pk88 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, pk88 will provide reasonable notice to active players via email to the registered address or via a prominent notice on the platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this document.
Your continued use of the Services after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Services and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.
